Morgan Bellows

Originally from Refugio, Morgan moved to Houston from New York in 2008. Diligent to details and a natural negotiator Morgan is capable of working through any transaction. Morgan became interested in real estate after buying and selling homes for her family. Morgan has a deep understanding of the unique needs, challenges and opportunities associated with moving a family. She is a strong leader who understands the value of building trust, fluid communication, dedication and working hard.   Morgan and her husband live in Memorial Villages with their kids and Boston Terrier, Lulah. Morgan is a member of Houston’s First Baptist Church, and enjoys working in the mission field. Morgan has many hobbies, including Bee Keeping and Gardening. You may spot her on her Vespa cruising around the Villages or at Bayou Bend leading a tour.   Morgan earned her bachelor’s degree in Business from Cornell University, and master’s degrees from the University of Saint Thomas (Education) and University of Houston (Hotel & Restaurant Management).
