Realtor associate Melissa Braniff learned early in her real estate career that communication was the foundation of strong relationships and successful transactions. Having fine tuned her communication skills as an advertising executive for 13 years, Melissa set her sights on a career in real estate where she could meet new people and bring them together so goals and dreams are shared. “I am not afraid to work hard and long hours and I love my job,” says Melissa. “My clients know that I am always accessible to them and I pride myself on incredible service. The best career advice I was given was from my grandfather, ‘open your ears and close your mouth’. You cannot be of service to your clients if you don’t understand them or their needs,” she adds. Melissa Braniff specializes in residential real estate services and serves the needs of buyers and sellers in Houston’s luxury markets. She is a member of the Houston Association of Realtors, the Texas Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. She can also be found designing high-end jewelry at Melissa Braniff Designs and participating in various fundraising charities throughout the community. When not working, Melissa enjoys playing tennis and following on her kid’s activities.
