Patricia Rotan

A fifth-generation Houstonian, Patricia Rotan has extensive knowledge and insight in the Houston market. After graduating from Memorial High School, Patricia attended The University of Texas at Austin where she obtained her Bachelor of Science in Communication Studies. Through her degree, Patricia acquired a proficiency in communication skills which she capitalizes on-behalf of her clients in all transactional settings. Fun fact: Patricia’s first job interview was with a real estate firm in Austin during her freshman year of college. “I just always knew I loved real estate and I wanted to get started as soon as possible!” After graduating in 2017, Patricia returned to Houston where she was the lead assistant for a respected, top-producing agent for three years. During that time, Patricia gained invaluable experience throughout Houston neighborhoods specifically Tanglewood, Briargrove, River Oaks, Memorial, Spring Branch, West University, and Afton Oaks. Patricia strives for excellence. Between her engaging personality, attention to detail, and love for the Houston community, Patricia quickly understands and adheres to her clients’ expectations, ensuring the smoothest transaction for all parties involved.
